At RFCollections, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused and in original condition
Returns must be requested within 3β7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (if mentioned non-returnable)
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you about approval or rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5β10 business days
- Refund will be sent via original payment method (or agreed method)
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund yet:
- Check your bank/payment account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received, contact us at support
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.
