At RFCollections, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused and in original condition

Returns must be requested within 3–7 days of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items (if mentioned non-returnable)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about approval or rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank/payment account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still not received, contact us at support

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.
